Garrick came up with the name about 8 months ago, when he and Erik and I decided to start recording our podcasting focused discussions. Not me. Though, my ego and many other Smiths' egos are now inflated because of it, I will still live day to day just like you, only from now on you'll need to refer to me as, "Sire"
With that out of the way you can listen to The Smith three over at Garrick's First Crack Podcast. We address the Forrester Research report, podcasts for brands and podcasts in the workplace.

The show is up a day late but absolutely worth it. I wanted to try something new and when Greg and I were talking a couple of weeks ago we thought this would be something that would interesting to try for both shows. And since the names together sound like something made from space-age material we thought it could be spectacular like David Copperfield.
This show is hopefully going to be something that we continue and mold into something that fits the show and our conversations.

Show Notes
We did a show with our friends Greg and Lisa of Viva Podcast! You can listen to Greg and Lisa at www.vivapodcast.com.
Never have we done anything like this and thought it would be fun to hook up with our podcasting homies from New Mexico.
It is a podcast mashup of epic proportions . . . maybe.
The show turned out really well, however there are audio quality and sync issues on our end due to equipment flaking out. I worked for a long time to get it back to a level of quality that you would be able to palette.
Thanks also to Greg for putting together the awesome album art for this conjunctive event.
Full show notes will be in the future.

I don't want to give away what is so special but I can say that it is taking me much longer than expected to put the show together today. The show is more than Betsy and I as we get together with another podcasting couple and friends of the show. There I said it. Anyway, the show will be up sometime this evening. The sound quality on our end is pretty poor do to an equipment malfunction or repeated equiment malfunction where the pitch of our voices went down a whole semitone. So be prepared.

The all the stuff from the old site will be here over the next month or so. It took some time to get the site up but it was worth it for the RSS alone. So over the next few days, thanks to the search for "Jeanie" already, I will get a strategy together so that I can do it a little quicker.

It's really live now. I am pretty excited right now. However, I didn't forsee the the way that the RSS feed would resend the current posts as new items. So for those of you that got the new five posts on the site as downloads . . . you can share that extra copy with a friend, hehehe.

There is a new contact form that will actually send a message to Betsy. This will free me to take long vacations to the South of France.
