Most of you know that I am a stats junkie and for those that don't, well, it is now out of the way.
I wanted to share some stats about Twittering Flickr photos. I started tracking these tweets in Nov. 2007 and finally thought I had enough data that it made sense to put the numbers together.
If you don't know what the hell I am . . . read post

Right now I am really hung up on live photo blogging. Something is changing in the way that we interact online. The dynamic it is a changing.
My previous post is a perfect example of this but I think it has legs for where we are online with real-time micro blogging and subscription media. It is less intrusive for the audience as they have . . . read post

I am a RSS stats junkie. From RSS stats you can demonstrate almost anything that you want to (like most any other statistics, but work with me people). You can highlight trends, show how another integrated marketing helped your feed at a specific time of day, try to gauge some ROI from your RSS feeds or tell what applications or bots hit your feed . . . read post

Ever wanted to make an interesting Twitter background? Here's how I did it.
Side note: This post comes to you straight from an email reply to fellow long-time podcaster Michael Geoghegan in regards to my Twitter background.
Also of note, this layout works best on higher res monitor settings. I . . . read post

It feels good to be back with a show today!
But from what I understand some you, those using iTunes, might not have gotten today's show yet as an update.
Here's how to fix it:
1) Open iTunes and go to the Podcasts section
2) Find Croncast - From Cool to Cul De Sac
3) Right-click (Mac people do what you gotta) . . . read post

I can tell you. It all depends on what people are searching for.
Painfully obvious, right?
Well, not so much when someone searches at Google for intitle:"chocolate" ext:rss. The odds are astronomically high that even chocolate experts weren't even returned as results. See for . . . read post

I'm going to be returning my iPhone to my former employer and want to continue mobile live photo blogging. Sure I have my Treo but the photo quality isn't in the same ballpark as the iPhone.
I've looked online at the Sony Ericsson K800i . . . read post

Well, it really is an old feed that I used for another project but thought I could spice it up a bit. It's a photo feed from flickr but I've rewritten it load the middle size image as opposed to the thumbnail and changed the enclosure from the middle size photo to the large size for a hefty payload.
Said feed - read post
