I get completely nerdy and invoke every nerd vocal affect and even throw in some raised eyebrows . . . which are much more noticeable when you have not a hair on your head.

You'll notice the launching forward when I speak, that is due to the noise in the bar and I wasn't sure that Ed was was two feet in fron of me would be able to hear me speak. It was loud! I could barely hear myself speaking. Benjamin did a great job picking up my voice or it was the mic but either way it sounds better than it did in the bar.

For me, I ended up hanging out most of the night with my usual posse - Mike and Rick, but got to spend some extra time with show listener and fellow tech Brian Beatty who took the photos you see here. Thanks to Eric and Frank for putting this event together and making sure that it has the right vibe. And I would be a total bastard if I didn't thank Jeff Pulver for picking up the tab for my Sprites and everything else after the first hour.

The man does his Tao Kwon Do stuff
Now it's late and the cat hasn't returned
Do you see where this is going?
It wasn't just the wind
A cat with dirty nipples from dragging on the ground can't be homeless
Mother-in-law went out to look for kitty
The sad meow from under the neighbors shed
Can't figure out how to get to it
Now they realize that there is something terribly wrong with the cat
Miss Kitty was very limp and third-eye lid not open or closed
There is a lot of blood
The late night vet and the weird staff
Is Zeus to blame?
Late night vets serve an interest
Evan, Rick, Henry and Mr. Puffycuffs
Kris was at TECH cocktail 2

Gotta stop touching the mic stand
Kris says on video, "There are more women here than last time."
