the afternoon has been put neatly in its place and we're heading home. it is a new day.

i am now a father, but can't shake the fact that i am also a child. it is a complicated existence we live.

this is the view west on the street in front of the my folks house.

that would be the highway, then pasture. the sound of cars flying by and the view really took me back.

back and forth, what have you, this is where i spent a fair amount of my time.

simple wooden letters in a box but effective when needed to label exhibits back in the day.

my baby is back in town and driving my car. ahhhhhh, the way things used to be last week.

the banging on my escape route window-well plexiglass went on too long not to be a bird or strong wind . . . i thought.

pull back the curtain and i see this little bunny sitting right there. i suppose that is good because if it was anything else that might bite me i would just have to leave it in there.

boxed him up and sent him to the rabbit sausage factory. ok, i might have released him back in the yard and outside the fence to give him a fighting chance versus the dogs.

cute little bunny, be smart and hop far from this house before little deaf dog snags you with her one good tooth.

tell me this doesn't look like a blast?

made me wish that i was a kid again.

on my way back to the car i saw this string of lights in an alley that is the entrance to some local shops.

singing backup to the yellow was this blue player.

i mentioned in the other photo post about wondering how the digital camera changed the color of the purple flowers, well, in this shot it was true to life with the blue and yellow in this shot.

i wonder if it could be something in the flower itself and the way it reflects light?

more people in the halls than the floor. though I hear the sessions are kind of full.

i hit the expo floor for a few minutes. some cool stuff to come back for.
