Hi folks! Thanks, Kris, for reminding me of the woman who sat next to me on the nonstop from SFO to PHL and wept most of the time, when she wasn't asking for three (3) [not two, not four, "but I said, 'three'"] simultaneous cups of hot water for her special tea. When we left the plane, I noticed she was carrying a schwag bag from a national meeting for psychiatrists. And that's when I decided that flying first class wasn't always a wonderful experience. Luckily, I'm short enough to fit in a coach seat.
