2 I think that they will realize soon, if they haven't already that something will be amiss in the results with Croncast so high.

However, they probably search with an iWon toolbar in IE5 and see whatever Dogpile generates fo them. I will now take my pocket protector off.

3 I tried to find an email for "Jared"....All I found was a link to set up a service appointment here. I left a service request to "Not have my conversion top ripped off my car".

6 This might sound stupid and maybe I heard you incorrectly but I have to ask because in New Jersey we don't have garage sales on Thursdays , just weekends. How does that work out? Are they super busy?

7 Your "Vacation in 4 Acts" was a trip down memory lane for me! As an angst-ridden pre-teen/teenager, I spent each and every one of my Easter breaks in the back of a shit-brown 1975 Chevy van (no conversion here, my dad was too cheap) driving from Michigan to Summit County, Colorado (on the OTHER side of the Rockies from Denver) to ski. We spent many, many hours stuck in the ice on I-80 in the middle of Nebraska, and even had to camp out in the lobby of some rank hotel in Kearny once because there were no available rooms (and really because my dad was getting our asses back on the ice-covered freeway the instant the state police opened it back up). On one trip, the borrowed car-top carrier (filled with all of our clothes) we were using slid right off the top of the van and into a gulch somewhere. Good times. And I can't even count how many nasty truck stops we ate in over the years. One in particular, Sapp Brothers (I think it was in Council Bluffs), had pink shag carpeting on the walls of the bathroom, and black velvet paintings of the last supper (the apostles' eyes all lit up - how cool!). The "Truckers Only" sections of the restaurants always fascinated and scared the shit out of me... Oh well, with any luck, Elliot won't remember any of it. And if he does, hopefully you'll all be able to sit around and laugh about it when he's 40 (like I can finally do with my parents). Welcome home.

8 After sending an email to John Elway Dodge telling them how crappy they are I got the following response:

Philip,

I'm sorry to hear that croncast still hasn't been updated. We took full responsibilty for what happened to the Smith's and took care of the bill. This unfortunate incident is something we deeply regret and have tried to make it right as best we can, even to go so far as to try to contact the Smith's in order to take care of any other expenses they incurred do to our error. Sadly, we haven't heard from them. As I am sure you know, even when trying to do the right thing, bad things can happen as they did in this case. In those circumstances, the best we can do is take responsibility for our actions and make things as right as possible. To this point, we feel we have done that.
