Where the shows been?
I'm not well
Hear it in the voice
Why do men get sicker than women?
It is like quantum mechanical
Betsy, he looks really bad
No one was validating
You had a temp of 98.6
That's high for me
Legitimately sick and you just make fun of me
I talked with two people this week
That's it
It manifested as fevers, rashes, sweats, bumps
Let's give the run down
New IRS debt, no longer employed by BlogTalkRadio, starting a new business
Venture Capital is tight and requires travel
Betsy lays it all down . . . what I've learned in comedy . . . so far
Well, you are being paid
That $40 a week is going to take us through
You gotta finish strong
I picked the handicapped guy and made the most inappropriate joke
Well, the audience knew he was handicap . . . but I didn't
Later in the show my pants starts falling down
No laughs at this either
Here I am walking down the street
So what's going on with you guys then?
I'm not going to list it out again

We come around the pillars
There are people just smoking
Blowing smoke in tourists faces
Out of the corner of my eye I see these guys
Then hear, "You got this one, Phil?"
Flicks his cigarette
He's doing the new york fast walk
Of course the cop didn't care
What are you doing in SOHO with a hot dog cart in front of the Prada store?
The place of small dogs, tall women and street vendors on crack
I think you would love New York, Betsy
Sure I almost got robbed
But I even love the filthy, dirty New York
It's got high energy

Betsy- I did laugh at your pants falling down if that makes you feel any better, but one persons laughter isn't all that loud! BTW, I live in Woodridge so my drive was all of 10 minutes and I was not scared of you!! You were right, I get you, why else would I keep listening. I also loved that the bowling ball bag still had the Goodwill price tag on it.

There is no better place to get more into the improv business and take classes than NYC. Not to mention better food, better bars, more variety of anything. Plus you'll never have to take another plane to get a job - NYC has enough opportunities to last you a lifetime bouncing from one to another.

So glad to have a show to listen to today! Wow, Kris -- starting a new business! How exciting! Good luck! You've got valuable skills, so I'm sure you'll be a success! Betsy, I laughed out loud about the inappropriate joke at the improv show. Sounds like something that would happen to me. Looking forward to the additional shows about the Mexico trip!

"I really enjoyed your show"...that line killed me!
What the heck happened at 11:15? It seems like a weird cut?
Kris, seriously you are paranoid...if you end up in The City, you'll have to learn to walk faster :)You can live in NJ, we are 40 minutes from the city, and contrary to popular opinion, NJ is very pretty.
If you ever need, my brother works at a few hotels in NYC, can get you a friends and family rate! He works in Soho - you might starve - tehee
OMG Betsy, are you secretly a Britney fan?
LOVE you guys - long time fan!

I love NYC too Kris but like all places, unless you are fabulously rich I think it would be hard to live there..

Betsy, I think your paradise is Santa Rosa, CA. It's the perfect size, ideally situated near ocean, redwoods, mountains, San Francisco.... progressive in many ways, reasonably diverse, and not the least bit snobby. The weather is dry and warm except for winter. There are just enough seasonal change to keep things interesting. Santa Rosa aspires to be a hip wine-country town, but it falls short in the hip factor-- which makes it perfect for raising kids! We're nearby to the uniqueness of Guerneville but a little more middle-of-the-road here. We have all the necessities conveniently located(Target, Goodwill) plus cool stuff like a performing arts center and the county fairgrounds. Oh and almost no bugs-- a few low-IQ mosquitoes and the occasional ant or spider. I'm serious! Check it out!
