Robowagon - Volvo V70 falling apart again

The Volvo is holding up in true Slowsky curse fashion.

I bumped the mirror with a garbage can and the back of it came flying off.

Could someone please remind me why the dealership and Volvo of North America wouldn't help us out again with this disaster on wheels? Oh yeah, I said that we didn't want another Volvo and they said it's your problem not ours.

Buy not another Volvo I will.

or duct tape. Nothing says "we're classy" like duct tape on your car!

via flickr: i tried popping it back on but that was no good as it appears not to really fit properly.

i'll be off to the dealership today to have them put it back on. though, duct tape sounds like a valid solution.

side view mirrors suck. i replaced mine after a fight between door and car. that is a one piece unit. if it costs to much try the junk yard way cheaper. just pay for labor somewhere else.

note some junk yards will even ship parts to you. I found this handy too.
