Kris, You could go to Panama, its a dollar based economy and they have modern medical facilities in Panama City.
Or you could stay in the states and go to Austin TX.

I am an expat. We have great hospitals, American trained doctors. We love it. I work at home from my computer in the morning and play golf in the afternoon.
I don't think Betsy could hack it. She's not gutsy enough. I love ya Betsy but you're all talk and no action..
PS. I love San Fran but it has changed a lot over the years, I think Betsy is going to be alittle shocked. I stayed at the St. Francis Hotel on Union Square last fall and it was full of drug addicts, homeless people. I was afraid to leave the hotel to go to Macys because I was accosted by beggers. You wait Betsy...its really sad.

P.S.S the hotel wasn't full of homeless people, it's beautiful. I meant Union Square and the areas in front of the hotels..

If you looking to live abroad take a look at South Africa. Great weather year round, Modern medical, and beautifully landscapes. The only downfall is there is no maple syrup and you have to live in a gated community that is surrounded by razor wire and armed guards. Other then that it is a great place.

Move to Temecula, Kris and Betsy. The boys want to play with Elliot and there are lots of cheap foreclosures. PLUS--we just got a brand new Goodwill. Downside--no basements in California. Kris, you might have to hang out in the garage!
