i've been on phone with verizon tech support for 50 minutes. is, as they say bs.
funny part is they have no idea at the outsourced call center that this was being added and even funnier they can't see it! they can't visit any websites.
funniest? they can't receive email that i send from my verizon phone!!!!
it also appears that i'm not the only one having this added (like i have told them 5 plus times so far) check out this account from another phone uploader - www.flickr.com/photos/11311873@N07/
is frustrating not to have an option to turn this off that they are doing it by default. honestly, my message was 10 words long and their's was 10x that.
