About the milk smell - I had a car that had milk spilled in it. Even though I had it professionally cleaned and they used some enzyme that is supposed to remove rotten milk smell it forever smelled when it got wet. Once it dried out really well it was fine unless it got wet again. We always left a window slighty open (with the car in the garage)when it was raining (or someone spilled liquid on it) or else the car smelled awful. One other choice was to have the carpet replaced which would work but it was out of my budget at the time. |

Good to know Zoe. I may have to go that route.
I shot up my car this morning with an entire bottle of Febreeze and haven't been back to parking garage to give it a whiff yet. Wish me luck. |

When you end up staying at the Hotel Cletus for three days, remind Betsy that a plan would have been nice.

thanks i just got to tell kris that not everyone knows what that is
you see companies apparently buy full size vans from ford or gmc then they convert them
from the factory there are 3 bench seats in the back and that is it
they remove the seats and reupholster everything and put a sofa bench seat in the back, captains chairs and then they cut the top off and put a turtle top on which means a higher top
so you can actually stand in the back of the van
i have a question for you i have to ship a stroller to austrailia so what is a good cheap way to ship a large item from the US to aus. |

Hi Betsy, thanks for the explaination. Explain to Kris that "the Others" do have vans (and Utes) but just nothing like yours - I love the look of it. My wife is the ebayer/postage expert. All shipping to Oz is outragiously expensive. My experience is that FedEx, DHL and the like are the best. It's not that they're the cheapest but it actually gets there and doesn't go "missing". It can take up to 6 times as long for US mail to actually turn up. You don't need the hassle. Q2: My wife and I are going to the States next May - What's Memorial day? Is it the same thing as Veterans' Day? What's the link with BBQs and camping etc? |
