We have Empire carpet here in New York City too. The expanded market would explain the outsourcing of customer service. Love the shirts!

Hey Betsy I think they call that type of carpet "Sculpted carpet". Why does the guy who wears Puffy Cuffs not grasp your patterned carpet...just kidding Kris.

Kris; You definitely have a face for podcasting. Perhaps the runway work should be left to the pretty half of the Smith family.
Puffy-Cuffs... hey-hey-hey

Maybe with a mug like mine I could get a gig with Empire! Kris and Ed can come to your domicile and offer up quick service with a smile and podcast laugh . . . I had no idea they had expanded beyond the Chicago area.

FYI: Empire can be a rip-off. I work for hardwood flooring distributor and have heard some stories about them pricing their flooring at a inflated price and then if you decide to not buy, they will drop the price by 500r more to try to get you buy right away. Ever notice at the very end of that jingle you hear a voice say "today"?

Sorry to tell you Betsy, but Empire is in Massachusetts as well...same jingle and everything. I also have to tell you that they are WAY over priced. I went the old style way to a store and priced carpet and then had Empire come - they were $2800 MORE than the other store for the EXACT SAME THING. You could get A LOT nicer than $.88 a sq ft :)

Whoa! Those colors sure are are saying something. Loudly. Not sure what. Definately not in the boring section of men's wear. Could even find that in 'International Male' catalog I'll bet.
So what is the point of folding up the cuffs anyway?
--------
Yo! EMPIRE shout-out from NJ!! That freaky bald-headed man is here, too. Fortunately for us all.

Hey Kris - I am so happy that you are not afraid of color! Real men wear lavender! I like the contrasting cuffs- they are cooler than Betsy made it sound. I don't see them too often so it's refreshing. You guys are so unique and awesome so your style should be that way too - love it! FYI: Empire Carpets (complete with catchy jingle) is also advertised here in New Jersey. My friend in NY also has used them and was not super-impressed. Love the show!!! You guys make my day go faster :)

Love the shirts! I wish I could get my husband to wear something that stylish, he's more of a tan pants and solid color polo guy.
We have Empire here in the DC metro area too. We had them come out for an estimate when we finished our basement. I wasn't too impressed with their products, the price was just OK, and the sales guy was too pushy.
