3	I love that dirty old man Tom Waits. The word is gritty. Like a vagabond who cleaned up real good. I was in a bubble of laughter the whole show in NYC years ago and the lady next to me cried for joy. We are strange fans, yes. would you be surprised to know you are not the top hit for googling "road rash nipples" ?

4	I am with you Sue. I hope someday to know your bubble of gritty Tom Waits presence. I just checked Google for "road rash nipples" and we came up #1. Is it a regional thing or did Google get smart and show me something from sites I visit frequently? Either way it feels good for Croncast to be King of road ravaged nipples.

5	Actually, the carafe of margarita that my best friend bought for me B4 the show was probably what did it for me. I tell you though, she did not especially care for Tom Waits and at the end of the show was practically falling asleep in her chair while everyone else (including Elvis Costello) was cheering for the encore.
