Today, I had to rely on our 9 month old and seldom used iMac to do something that my main PC was incapable of. Without it I would have been in serious trouble with a deadline.
Here's the story. Two days ago I upgraded, as recommended by Sun, Java on my PC to standard something or other 1.6. I log in today to the client file server, available only via the web, and poof it won't connect. Alright, maybe it is a FireFox issue. I go to IE7 and it asks me if I want Java to run, yes, and the same thing happens. WTF!
Long story short, IE7 throws a Java error (non-descript as always) and I give the iMac a shot. So, there. I've said it. My Mac did something that my PC couldn't today.

Oh man...
Between this and the AppleTV, I think someone has been dipping into some Kool-Aid that Evan or I must have forgot the last time we were over. :)
