AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! Kris I felt the pain from your story. As a child of the country myself I have had moments just like that. Where my friends and I did something completely retarded and I ended up in the hospital.

You just sent a shiver down my spine.

I love Kris and Betsy's stories.

My Grandpa worked for an auto parts store and I remember those plastic flip knives all over his garage and come to think of it they were damn sharp.
Could you imagine the liability of handing those knives out at an industry show now a days and with your companies name plastered all over it.

The stabbing story reminds me of an incident that happened to me when I about 6 or 7. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to stab holes in an aluminum can with a steak knife. As I was stabbing away my left hand got in the way. I stabbed the knife completely through the piece of skin between your thumb and forefinger. Ouch! I am pretty sure I got in a lot of trouble.
